Craig Bowman is Vice President, Learning and Process with Scooter’s Coffee. He joined Scooter’s in August 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in training, operations and development. Prior to joining Scooter’s Coffee, he worked at multiple Fortune 500 companies and has won industry awards including CLO LearningElite, CUBIC Learning Organization of the Year 2015 Third Place and, Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology. Craig has worked across multiple industries including restaurant, technology, insurance, government and education, and within multiple corporate functions: operations, sales, customer care, human resources, and learning and development.
