She has over 13 years in the coffee and beverage (QSR) industry with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, focusing on the people first and the process second. When Heather is not working, you can find her enjoying time with her husband Tony and their fur babies, Coco and Charly. She’s passionate about giving back to her community.
